Writing blogs and websites

I've created a (very short) list of blogs and websites, from those suggested to me. If you know of any (including your own) please add a comment to that post, with the link and brief description. As I get time I'll look through them and update this list.

Words about writing and writing about words – This is my personal blog. It has links to free to enter writing competitions, Wednesday Word of the Week, an exessive number of my travel photos (which some people like to use as writing prompts) and sometimes a bit of bragging about my writing successes.

Scrivener Virgin  – and RedPen - which is all about editing. Lots of free resources: editing tips via RedPen newsletters, Simply Scrivener Special webinars (60 mins of Q&A with Anne Rainbow). And  EDITING The RedPen Way is free to download on the 6th of each month.

The People's Friend fiction editor's blog. Picture prompts and information about the types of stories most in demand.

Writing Resources Link – This is probably horribly out-of-date, but these Writing Resource Links might be useful. Not specifically womag, but for writing in general.

My Little Corner – Various calls to submit to anthologies and ezines.

Angie's Desk – Various calls to submit to anthologies and ezines.
