Anyone there?

Is it worth me writing posts this month, or are you all doing NaNo and so too busy to read them?

  1. I'm writing but not doing Nano, so the occasional post or picture would still be appreciated, Patsy.

I'm not doing Nano. I like to write at my own pace!

  3. Yes - doing NaNo - but the occasional post or picture would still be appreciated! They're great for inspiration.

  4. Not Nano writing, Patsy... but doing my best to keep on task, as 'twere. It would be nice to read some inspiring thoughts from you, all the same. Otherwise, I might be tempted into the Autumn garden to clear yet more leaves :-)

  9. Sorry, the comment from 'Unknown' above Carries' is mine. I not sue why it didn't give my identity!

  11. I've just had my first womag acceptance! My story 'Class of 78' will appear in the Yours Fiction Special in January. Very excited and encouraged to keep writing!

  12. I always enjoy reading your posts, Patsy, so please keep on blogging.

Does anyone know of womags currently accepting children's poetry, please? I think People's Friend used to publish them but now they seem to be for an adult readership. Any pointers gratefully accepted.

  14. Thanks everyone!

Good luck to those who are doing NaNo, and with whatever else you're working on to those who aren't.

@ New girl on the block – Yay! Well done! I hope you did the happy dance/boinging round the house/jumping on the sofa – one of those is compulsory for a first acceptance you know. And they're strongly encouraged for all subsequent acceptances.
