This will be the last blog post until 2025 (unless there's exciting news which can't wait) so Solstice Greetings, Merry Christmas, Happy New Year and best wishes for anything and everything else you may celebrate as one year ends and the next one starts.
Please feel free to share your thoughts on the writing year just gone, hopes and plans for next year, and (by far the most important) every terrible cracker joke and festive pun you come across.
My news
Two of my books are currently free to download. There's the short story collection A Clean Bill of Health, and romance novel Firestarter (there's a bit more heat in that one than in my other books!) If you enjoy them, or any of my other books, a review or rating on Amazon and/or Goodreads would be very much appreciated – it'd make me at least as happy as an extra slice of cake!
Oh my Patsy, what wonderful cakes, I'm quite jealous. A Very Merry Christmas to you and all your readers and a Peaceful, Prosperous and Successful 2025 too. I was delighted to finish 2024 on a writing high with a PN acceptance. I'm looking forward to keeping writing and reading throughout 2025 and who knows where it will lead! Best wishes everyone :)
ReplyDeleteHow lovely to have a Pocket Novel acceptance, Elizabeth, just before Christmas ☺️. Patsy, you once offered us some cakes... if the offer is still on, I quite fancy the one at the back, but can't work out if it's a coffee walnut or a 'long' Dundee cake - either would do ;) A very Merry Christmas and a Happy 2025 to everyone.
ReplyDeleteMerry Christmas and Happy New Year to all readers and contributors to the blog and thank you, Patsy for keeping it going.
ReplyDeleteCongratulations Elizabeth on the pocket novel acceptance.
I was pleased to be a finalist (quite a long list) in the Globe Soup 7 day challenge. I think there were a thousand entries...
Alyson
